Your Returns policy
We do our best to ensure people are happy with our products. However, occasionally you may have to return a product. If you are a UK/EU customer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within 28 working days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds of orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. To exercise your cancellation right please contact Natural World Photography using the contact form stating your order number, name and address. Natural World Photography will send an email to you confirming the returns authorisation and confirmation of the returns address.
If a full refund including the delivery cost is required then the entire order needs to be turned to us within 30 days. You will be responsible for cost of returning the item to us. We would recommend that you return your item through tracked post.
When returning a product you must return it in the exact re-sellable condition that you received it from Natural World Photography.
