QUIRKY TREE AND BLENCATHRA
I located this tree near Tewet Tarn on a murky afternoon before snow fell and returned before sunrise a couple of days later. I was rewarded by a gorgeous pink sky to the north over Blencathra. Careful positioning and a 22mm lens enabled me to maintain visual separation between the tree and distant mountain.
