IMPALA RUNNING FOR ITS LIFE

This impala is fleeing a pack of wild dogs in Lower Zambezi National Park. With a top speed of 90 km/hour, impala can leap and zigzag in order to escape predation. I was working in low light on an overcast day and my 600mm f/4 lens was essential equipment, along with animal detection on my Canon R5ii.
