LEOPARD YAWNING
South Luangwa National Park in Zambia is the world's premier destination for photographing the most elegant of cats, the leopard. We found this one sleeping on a branch at sunrise and returned a couple of hours later, by which time it had woken up. The leopard yawned three times, stretched and descended its tree to go about its day’s business.
